Ayelet Hashachar Barami is an associate in our Litigation and Dispute Resolution department.
Ayelet’s civil and commercial law practice focuses on litigation, execution, bankruptcy and insolvency proceedings, institutional dunning and banking.
She advises and represents institutional bodies and commercial banks, from the earliest stages of a dispute until its resolution, and before all instances of court or by reaching a settlement.
In a variety of cases, Ayelet represents banks and institutional bodies in the framework of receivership, liquidation and stay of proceedings, pecuniary claims, actions against guarantors, seizure and realization of attached vehicles and engineering equipment, and the full range of legal proceedings including claims against commercial banks and institutional bodies.
With vast experience in dealing with complex legal issues, she represents clients in negotiations as well as litigation before all instances of court.
