Amy E. Sheridan is an associate in the Tax Department of our Boston office. She concentrates her practice in the employee benefits area and is experienced in addressing compliance issues for welfare plans (including HIPAA Privacy and Security requirements) and for qualified retirement plans, as well as the design and implementation of nonqualified deferred compensation arrangements.
