AREAS OF PRACTICE

Amy K. Lyster is an associate in the Litigation Department of our Boston office. Her practice is primarily focused on complex commercial litigation. She has experience working with public and private companies in industries including information storage and protection services, financial services and manufacturing. She is also the co-coordinator of the firm's pro bono Domestic Violence Representation Program.

REPRESENTATIVE CLIENT WORK
·Successfully tried in federal court a NYSE-listed company's defense to approximately $6 million in claims by a commercial tenant arising out of a catastrophic fire
·Assisted in obtaining dismissal of a potential class-action lawsuit against a public company arising from a significant loss of electronic customer data
