AREAS OF PRACTICE

Shy S. Baranov is a corporate partner with the Israeli law firm Zysman, Aharoni, Gayer & Co. (ZAG), the international joint venture partner of Sullivan & Worcester and his practice focuses on corporate, commercial and securities law. He is based in Boston and specializes in assisting Israelis and Israeli firms conducting business in the United States. Mr. Baranov advises clients in a variety of industries, from technology and life science to manufacturing and services, through all stages of development from formation through fund raising, growth, M&A and IPO. He also has substantial experience counseling and representing investors, entrepreneurs and scientists.

Mr. Baranov is the editor to the Israelis Doing Business in the U.S. Blog.
