CHRISTOPHER T. STEVENSON

AREAS OF PRACTICE

Christopher T. Stevenson is a corporate associate in the Boston office of ZAG/S&W. He concentrates his practice on assisting public, private and emerging growth companies in a range of corporate matters including mergers and acquisitions, venture capital financings, asset and stock purchases, commercial transactions, securities law compliance, public offerings and general corporate matters. As a member of our Intellectual Property Group, Mr. Stevenson advises software and technology companies with respect to intellectual property and licensing matters, including issues surrounding the use of open source software. He also researches the availability of potential trademarks for clients, represents clients applying for trademarks before the U.S. Patent and Trademark Office and assists clients in challenging trademark infringers. As a member of our Privacy & Data Security Group, Mr. Stevenson provides guidance regarding state and federal laws requiring protection of customer and employee information.

·Represented manufacturer of vehicle recovery systems in acquisition of $30 million revolving credit facility
·Represented healthcare and senior living facility provider in acquisition of $35 million revolving credit facility
