We have comprehensive experience in resolving environmental concerns that affect corporate entity sales, corporate asset sales, registered and exempt securities offerings, asset securitization, real estate transactions and debt transactions, including: environmental due diligence, environmental risk assessment, environmental/land use permitting, pre- and post-closing concerns, administrative enforcement matters and litigation. Our lawyers regularly handle matters involving: contaminated properties, wastewater discharge, air emissions, wetlands, waterfront development, the management and disposal of hazardous waste, and environmental and historic impact reviews.
