Adv. Lital Slutzky is a partner at the firm’s Corporate and Capital Markets Department.
Mrs. Slutzky has extensive experience in corporate law, securities law, capital markets and taxation.
Mrs. Slutzky specializes in advising Israeli companies listed for trade in Israel on all aspects of corporate and securities law, with particular expertise in the pharmaceuticals sector, including private and public issuances, advice on corporate governance issues, and ongoing legal and commercial advice including transactions and commercial agreement.
Mrs. Slutzky provides ongoing advice on issues of corporate governance and corporate law to Israeli companies dually listed for trade in Israel and abroad, as well as to foreign companies.
In addition, Mrs. Slutzky regularly advises private companies, including public benefic companies.
Mrs. Slutzky served as an external director for Ligad Investments and Building Ltd.
From time to time Mrs. Slutzky publishes various professional articles and circulars in her areas of practice. Similarly, Mrs. Slutzky participated in researching and writing the book “The New Companies Law” (4th edition) as well as the book “Directors and Officers in the Age of Corporate Governance” (1st edition), by Prof. Joseph Gross.
