Water Resource Development
ZAG/S&W’s Water Resource Development Group advises clients in matters involving water resource and conservation technologies, water-based alternative energy technologies, project development and water quality regulation and allocation, domestically and internationally. Members of the Group have years of experience assisting developers and state and federal agencies with water infrastructure development as well as interstate and inter-jurisdictional water issues. Our experience enables us to advise our clients on the critical climate-related, alternative energy and water resource and conservation issues that have heightened in recent years.
With offices in the United States and in Israel, and lawyers with backgrounds in environmental and natural resources; energy and infrastructure finance; real estate; government contracts and grants; intellectual property; international tax; securities and corporate finance; mergers, acquisitions and joint ventures; and emerging technologies, the Group is uniquely situated to handle water projects and water-related issues involving U.S., Israeli, and international interests.
