Our Real Estate Group is engaged in virtually every aspect of a modern real estate practice including development, finance, leasing, zoning, and environmental compliance and permitting. Our attorneys represent a broad spectrum of clients including owners, developers, investors, lenders and tenants in projects of all sizes.
Our practice in the U.S. is national in scope and includes acquisitions, sales and leasing in all fifty states and a regionally focused practice in lending. Our lending practice specializes in representing foreign-based lenders and our leasing practice (on behalf of both owners and tenants) has included acquisitions involving many Israeli public companies having operations in the U.S.
The Group also acts as real estate counsel for a number of REITs and public and private operating companies. As these involve a wide range of businesses, including hospitality, senior housing and office, the Group is well experienced in representing companies with industry specific issues.
