Michael A. Matzka, a partner for eight years and now counsel to the firm, practices in the Corporate Department of the Boston office. He represents issuers in connection with the public offering of securities, and he advises clients regularly on reporting and compliance with federal securities regulations. Mr. Matzka also represents clients in connection with a variety of intellectual property matters. Among other things, he negotiates computer software and service contracts and advises clients on registration and licensing of trademarks and copyrights.
