Richard Teller is a partner in the Corporate Department of our Boston office. He represents public and private companies in mergers and acquisitions. He represents companies in private placements of equity securities. He also represents institutional investors in unsecured and secured senior and subordinated financings.
Representative Client Work
- Represented acquirors and targets in various industries including commercial real estate, timberland, healthcare, professional services, medical technology, communications, energy and food
- Represented publicly held real estate investment trusts in their acquisition of portfolios of commercial office, light industrial, hotel and health care properties and the $1.8 billion acquisition by merger of a national travel center operator with over 200 locations in 40 states
- Represented property owners and managers in numerous multi-property, long term management agreements
- Represented various issuers in the private placement of equity securities with offering proceeds of $5 billion
- Represented institutional investors in numerous financings in various industries including transportation, manufacturing, retail, food and agriculture
