Aidan F. Browne
Aidan F. Browne holds his law degrees in Ireland and the United States. He is a partner and serves as director of business development for ZAG/S&W. Mr. Browne has more than 20 years of experience as a corporate and commercial real estate attorney in Europe and as a foreign legal consultant in the United States. He concentrates in foreign direct investment matters providing business, agency and project development services in the United States, Europe, Israel and most recently the People’s Republic of China. Prior to rejoining Sullivan & Worcester, Mr. Browne was most recently a Senior Legal Advisor in Mintz Levin’s International Advisory Group. Mr. Browne has assisted more than 100 Irish and EU companies, including banks, investors, venture capital, service and technology companies, now located in the United States. These services include raising capital, business development, market development and assistance with corporate partnerships or joint venture opportunities. He has also assisted several U.S. and Canadian companies on public procurement projects in Ireland. For more than 15 years, Mr. Browne has been the United States consultant to A&L Goodbody, Ireland’s largest law firm with offices in London and Dublin. Mr. Browne heads Goodbody’s U.S. Foreign Direct Investment (FDI) work with U.S. corporations as those companies enter Ireland.
