Joshua P. Weiss

Joshua P. Weiss is an associate in the Trusts & Estates Group in ZAG/S&W's New York office. He represents clients in the areas of estate, gift and generation-skipping transfer tax planning, will and trust preparation, charitable giving, estate and trust administration and the creation and operation of nonprofit organizations. Mr. Weiss is also experienced in personal planning associated with retirement plan assets and other investments, closely held business interests and real estate holdings and the analysis of valuation issues related to such planning.
