Tomer Raif
Mr. Tomer Raif is a partner and manages the firm’s Litigation and Conflict Resolution practice. He focuses on a variety of legal services in the field of civil, commercial and administrative litigation, including lawsuits in all instances of the Israeli jurisprudence system, as well as in representing parties in arbitration and mediation. Mr. Raif advises and accompanies some of the leading companies in the Israeli market, as well as international companies, their shareholders and management, from the initial stages of conflict emergence, until resolution in court or through settlements.
Mr. Raif represents corporations in complicated class action suits entailing complex issues in consumer laws, banking, communications and food standardization in Israel. Mr. Raif also represents corporations (including various not for profit organizations) and individuals in their administrative and High Court of Justice appeals, involving administrative law, tenders and local authorities’ laws.
Mr. Raif was formerly a partner at a leading firm in the field of civil litigation and resolution of complex conflicts.
