Kristen Doughty Danaher

Kristen Doughty Danaher is of counsel in the Corporate department of our Boston office where she concentrates her practice on assisting public, private and emerging growth companies in a range of corporate matters including mergers and acquisitions, venture capital financings, asset and stock purchases, commercial transactions, securities law compliance, public offerings and general corporate matters. In particular, Ms. Danaher represents banks in a variety of secured and unsecured, syndicated and single-lender financings. Ms. Danaher also advises software and technology companies with respect to intellectual property and licensing matters. In addition, Ms. Danaher represents a broad range of companies in the real estate industry, including REITs, development and finance companies, and tenant-in-common sponsors.
