There’s been a lot of discussion about Opportunity Zones recently. Those looking to develop or invest in an Opportunity Zone should also be aware of various incentive programs that are available. Taking advantage of these incentive programs, along with federal Opportunity Zone benefits, maximizes the benefits available to developers, investors and other stakeholders.
