David is highly experienced in the design, implementation, and administration of welfare and fringe benefit arrangements and qualified retirement plans (including 401(k) plans and ESOPs) for large and small employers. Both public and private employers tap into his wealth of knowledge in relation to the design and implementation of nonqualified deferred compensation and equity compensation arrangements, while he is also a go-to lawyer for individuals in relation to retirement distribution planning.

David regularly represents clients in the financial services industry  – negotiating investment management agreements, structuring pension plan investments and helping clients to navigate fiduciary and prohibited transaction issues.

In addition to the financial services industry, he has also worked with clients in manufacturing, real estate, professional services, education, financial services and the nonprofit sectors.
