Leigh Sapir-Kashi is an associate in our Boston office, focusing on a wide range of corporate matters, as well as representation of institutional investors and fund of funds in equity and debt investments in private equity funds, real estate investment funds, co-investments and joint ventures.

She regularly advises institutional investors in connection with their private equity investments, ranging from $20-$50 million per investment. She also represented a life insurance company in structuring and committing $200 million in equity capital for interests in a private investment fund and joint venture, including transactions involving real property.

Leigh also represents sponsors in the formation of private investment funds for commercial timberland, commercial farmland and commercial real estate.  For example, she advised on the formation of a commercial timberland and farmland investment fund with aggregate offering proceeds in excess of $500 million.

Prior to joining the firm, Leigh clerked for Justice Miriam Naor of the Israeli Supreme Court.
